DIY INSTRUCTIONS

Our printable files are designed to be super easy to use. Just print, cut and party! Below are some common materials and DIY instructions that will help you out if you are new to the world of printables. Most of the needed materials below can be found at Staples, Office Depot or your local office supply or craft store.

Common Materials:

- 8.5" x 11" Photo Paper

- 8.5" x 11" Bright White Cardstock

- 8.5" x 11" Full size sticker /label sheets

- Scissors or paper trimmer

- 2" circle craft paper punch

- Double sided tape

- 1/4" or 1/8" hole punch

- Ribbon or twine


DIY Instructions for Invitations:

- Once your file is received, download and save to your desktop.

- Open your file with Adobe Reader (This is a free download at adobe.com).

- Print your file onto letter size cardstock or photo paper.

- Trim out each invitation with scissors or paper cutter.


DIY Instructions for Cupcake Toppers:

- Once your file is received, download and save to your desktop.

- Open your file with Adobe Reader (This is a free download at adobe.com).

- Print your file onto letter size cardstock or photo paper.

- Punch circles out with 2" round paper punch or trim with scissors.

- Adhere to craft stick with glue or tape.


DIY Instructions for Favor Tags:

- Once your file is received, download and save to your desktop.

- Open your file with Adobe Reader (This is a free download at adobe.com).

- Print your file onto letter size cardstock or photo paper.

- Trim out each tag with scissors or paper trimmer.

- Punch hole in top center of the tag.

- String twine or ribbon through the hole and attach to gift or favor.


DIY Instructions for Buffet Labels:

- Once your file is received, download and save to your desktop.
- Open your file with Adobe Reader (This is a free download at adobe.com).

- Print your file onto letter size cardstock or photo paper.

- Trim out labels with scissors or paper cutter.

- Fold cards in half like a tent.

- Handwrite names of party foods on front of labels.


DIY Instructions for Drink Labels:

- Once your file is received, download and save to your desktop.

- Open your file with Adobe Reader (This is a free download at adobe.com).

- Print your file onto waterproof paper or sticker paper. (Can be found at office supply store or onlinelabels.com)

- Trim out each label with scissors or paper cutter.

- Attach labels to each beverage bottle with double stick tape or adhere with label paper.


DIY Instructions for Party Flags:

- Once your file is received, download and save to your desktop.

- Open your file with Adobe Reader (This is a free download at adobe.com).

- Print your file onto letter size cardstock or photo paper.

- Trim out each tag with scissors or paper trimmer.

- Attach tags to a small wooden dowel or party straws with tape or glue.


DIY Instructions for Banner:


- Once your file is received, download and save to your desktop.

- Open your file with Adobe Reader (This is a free download at adobe.com).

- Print your file onto letter size cardstock or photo paper.

- Trim out each pennant with scissors or paper trimmer.

- Punch holes in the top of the pennants on each end.

- String pennants together by weaving twine or ribbon through all of the pennants to hang.
